“Latteria Vesuviana”, located at the slopes of Mount Somma, in the Vesuvio National Park, and surrounded by verdant bower of Mediterranean scrub, fruit-bearer cultivated land (apricot of Vesuvio), is managed by the brothers Giuseppe and Francesco Amodio. They together with their father Enrico, tend to employ a small-scale processing, following digest and ancient traditions conducted by dairy producers, since the days of the First World War, whose grandfather Francesco, left the whitefish mountains of Sorrento peninsula to transplant his family and his dairy farm near Vesuvian zone (Sant’Anastasia).
Today, experience, passion and proficiency which designate Amodio family from “5” generation, are assisted by new technologies and state-of the art, and they found together with growing attention to new constantly evolving market needs.
All this means the certainty for the final consumer to accept at their table “quality products” and a reminder to “traditional flavors” since the first bite.
Our products quality has led to a new visibility on international markets and a certain appreciation towards the firm from those country who have been always addressed to Italy for its quality excellence mark.
It is the case of our “Frozen” product line, which, thanks to the new freezing routes, we can offer our products with a year long self life , guaranteeing the same quality as a fresh product.
